4. Self-Hosted Service

BotFusion is a self-hosted platform. This means you are responsible for:

• Deploying and maintaining the software on your own infrastructure
• Securing your deployment and protecting user data
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations regarding data collection, processing, and storage
• Obtaining and maintaining any necessary API keys from third-party services
• Regularly updating the software to the latest version

5. License and Service Use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service for your personal or business purposes.

You may not:

• Modify, disassemble, decompile, or reverse engineer any part of the Service
• Use the Service to violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Use the Service to infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Use the Service to distribute malware or other harmful code
• Use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, or otherwise objectionable

6. User Content

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your Account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your Account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or delete your Account through the settings.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BotFusion, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

11. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

12. Governing Law
